La Liguria mi ha sempre dato l'idea di una regione misteriosa.. esattamente come il suono dell' organo è “sospeso tra cielo e terra”.. questa regione si divide tra mare e montagna senza quasi nemmeno accorgersene .<br />
La Liguria è una regione capace di racchiudere in un sol bicchiere di vino, le sue caratteristiche: la montagna, il mare e la collina. Inoltre una mano a questo particolare ambiente viene data dalla conformazione geologica con terreni di origini molto diverse. Per questo motivo la cucina locale è molto varia, dal pesce alla carne passando per selvaggina e funghi.<br />

Impossibile dimenticare comunque, la classicissima “Fugassa” al formaggio di recco.<br />

The Cartizze is a particular kind of Prosecco, which is made in a very small area in the village of Valdobbiadene (Treviso). <br />
This area is particularly dedicated to the cultivation of Prosecco vines thanks to its sunny position but first of all thanks to rocky ground which forces the vines to have a very low production but of the greatest quality. <br />

Capita molto spesso specialmente alla sera di essere particolarmente stanchi svogliati di non avere molta voglia di mettersi ai fornelli, per questo si cerca la soluzione piu' comoda e veloce. La formula “take it easy” questa volta non è stata lasciata al caso, ma è stata curata nel dettaglio.<br />
Per la Guacamole di Barbara suggerisco uno dei miei vini preferiti. Il Cartizze. Il Cartizze in realta' altro non è che un particolare tipo di prosecco ottenuto con uve coltivate in una ristrettisima zona del comune di Valdobbiadene (TV). Questa zona è particolarmente votata alla coltivazione della vite “prosecco” grazie alla sua posizione molto soleggiata e soprattutto caratterizzata da un terreno roccioso che obbliga la vite a rese molto basse, ma di altissime qualita'.<br />

This is a different Cous Cous with a nice balance bewteen the freshness of the mint and the sweetness of the raisin. I truly hope to surprise you me too with "my" wine.<br />
For this dish I've chosen on a very, very particular wine. A wine from the Alto Adige region, which is a specialty of the Marlengo's winery (Bolzano) and I had the pleasure to taste there during my last summer holidays. A yellow moscato in a dry version, a real treat.<br />

I piatti che propone Barbara sono sempre fantastici oltre che originali. Un cous cous diverso dal solito con un gradevole bilanciamento tra il fresco della menta e la dolcezza dell' uvetta. Spero di stupirvi altrettanto con il “Mio” vino. <br />
Questa volta la mia scelta cade su un vino molto, molto particolare. Un vino altoatesino, specialità dalla cantina sociale di Marlengo (Bz) che ho avuto il piacere di degustare proprio durante le ultime vacanze estive. Un moscato giallo in versione secco, un vero piacere.<br />

</div><div style="color: #444444;">E gia'..... l'autunno è arrivato e leggendo le parole di Barbara mi sono tornate alla memoria sensazioni di calore tipiche dei periodi autunnali. Tutto prende una tonalita' piu' calda anche i piatti in cucina incominciano a prendere una certa consistenza e struttura per soddisfare i nostri bisogni.</div><div style="color: #444444;">Come mia prima recensione incomincio subito con un accostamento abbastanza arduo. Solitamente per questo tipo di piatti si scelgono dei vini di media struttura con dei sapori abbastanza decisi. Personalmente la mia scelta cade su un rosato fresco e decisamente mosso. </div><div style="color: #444444;">Una spumantizzazione a “Metodo classico” eseguita da una delle cantine “maestre” in questo campo.
